Gateway Park - Making Space for Genius®: Gateway Park is a 12-acre, mixed use destination for life sciences companies and the people who work for them. The project includes: five life sciences buildings totaling 500,000 square feet of flexible, adaptable lab space designed to meet the needs of life science organizations, 241,000 sq. ft. of market rate, loft condominiums as well as several planned retail establishments.

Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives - World Class Incubators for World Class Science: MBI promotes the commercialization of academic and science research to develop new biotechnology, medical device, and pharmaceutical companies through the operation of life science incubator facilities. 

University of Massachusetts Medical School - The Life Sciences Evolution is Here: The research programs of the University of Massachusetts Medical School are the centerpiece of the Massachusetts Life Sciences Initiative, including the RNAi Institute, the Gene Therapy Center and the Center for Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine, to be housed in the new Albert Sherman Center under construction on the Worcester campus beginning in 2009.
